It's been said before...

Our event was different than we had planned thanks to Covid, but Chef Mike & his team set up a work zone and put out an amazing array of choices for our family. The food was a huge comfort as it was the one part of our day that was exactly how we wanted it. 9/19/2020 -Kat & Bryan W, Royersford PA

We had the pleasure of having Chef Mike Favacchia come into our home to prepare one of the best meals we have ever had for my husband's birthday. The tuna carpaccio left us wanting more and each guest got to choose between three entrees; A filet with a blue cheese crust, lobster mac & cheese, or chicken with fontina cheese & sun dried tomatoes . Main course were the shrimp and grits. A MUST for anyone who loves bacon! The grits were silky and creamy and the shrimp were huge! We also had the gnocchi which was outstanding for anyone who loves a good pink sauce with their pasta, as I do.  10/13/2012 -Amber Lynne - Norristown PA
